Associate—Online Conversations and New Media

We are currently seeking an Associate to manage online conversations, including blogs, online forums, interactive communities and social networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-traffic blogs, discussion forums, social networking sites and other online conversations relevant to clients
- Monitor conversations and identify leading online voices in various online venues
- Research, identify and analyze trends, issues or topics that may be relevant to client
- Create online postings when appropriate
- Develop online conversation strategies to support client objectives
- Identify and leverage the latest web groups, media platforms, websites, web tools and emerging technology
- Serve as the primary resource and strategic lead for online activities
- Ensure account team has appropriate information, resources and direction to deliver exceptional results
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3-4 years of communications experience, agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing online programs related to blogging, online forums, etc.
- Experience in blogging, blog development, blogger relations or social networking
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
